Coinmarketcap routinely and systematically lies about rankings. They have hidden the HEX ranking(currently 13)

They hide it at rank 201 so none of their users will have accurate information about the marketcap rankings.

Our community even caught them hiding WBTC. They do not respond to inquiries, or anyone from the hex Community. They continue to lie to all of crypt Click here to see more...o

Horrible service for those new to crypto and are known for gate keeping certain coins. They are basically censoring important information which is bad for this newly evolving industry - no bueno !

Now that Binance aquired CMC we see this collusion going on, where certain fake DeFi (aka CeFi) tokens that are supported by Binance get immediate tracking on CMC while their competitors are simply kept out or gatekept to the 3rd page. I think that this collusion of interest will cause the migration of users to better price aggregators, such as Coinpaprika, Nomics, or others that don't play such games."

One of the most popular and easiest to use cryptocurrency price websites. There are lots of weekly historical snapshots going back to 2013 and it is simple to arrange the data by different columns. Clicking on a particular coin or token goes to the page for that asset where it is possible to add or delete charts for US dollar value, Bitcoin value, and market capitalization. The market tab will show which exchanges offer which trading pairs for the coin, although not all of these will be available for every country. The main criticism of the site is that too many manipulated exchanges provide inflated volumes, although there is a choice to use adjusted volumes now. It's a great place to start your research, but I recommend you to be skeptical and dig deeper elsewhere as well.
